350T AIDA TRANSFER PRESS
The 350-Ton AIDA Transfer Press is a high-capacity mechanical press tailored for progressive stamping and deep drawing operations. It features a 350 mm stroke length, adjustable die height up to 700 mm, and stroke speeds ranging from 20 to 40 SPM (strokes per minute). With a generous bolster and slide size of 2500 mm x 1000 mm, it's capable of handling large dies and complex part geometries. The press includes a maximum drawing depth of 120 mm and slide adjustment of 120 mm, offering flexibility in tool setup.
This press is complemented by an Orii Un-coiler Leveller Feeder, which handles coil widths of 50–500 mm and thicknesses between 0.3–4 mm. It supports coils up to 3000 kg, with a maximum line speed of 20 meters per minute—ideal for maintaining continuous material flow. The feeder features 7 precision work rolls (4 down, 3 up) for effective levelling and a 3 kW motor to drive the feed system.
200T AIDA PROGRESSIVE PRESS
The 200T AIDA Progressive Press is a precision-engineered mechanical press designed for high-speed, automated stamping operations. With a maximum pressing capacity of 200 tons, it offers a stroke length of 300 mm and supports a die height up to 660 mm, making it ideal for a range of progressive die applications. Operating at 20 to 40 SPM (strokes per minute), it balances productivity and forming accuracy.
The press features a generous bolster and slide area of 1800 mm x 900 mm, suitable for mid-sized tooling setups. The slide adjustment of 100 mm allows for flexible die changes and height modifications. It’s complemented by a robust Orii coil handling system, which supports coil widths from 50–500 mm, material thicknesses of 0.3–4.0 mm, and coils weighing up to 3000 kg. The line operates at a maximum speed of 20 meters per minute, driven by a reliable 3.7 kW motor, and features high-precision work rolls (4 down, 3 up) for consistent material levelling.
35T PROGRESSIVE PRESS
The 35-Ton Progressive Press from PMB is a compact, high-speed press machine tailored for precision stamping of small components. With a stroke length of 40 mm and an impressive speed range of 25–130 strokes per minute (SPM), it efficiently balances output and precision. The press supports a die height of 210 mm, has a slide adjustment of 80 mm, and features a bolster area of 700 x 450 mm with a slide size of 240 x 190 mm, ideal for light to moderate-duty progressive die operations.
Paired with a Press Room Un-coiler Leveller Feeder, the system supports coil widths of 0 to 100 mm and material thicknesses from 0.2 to 1.8 mm. Designed for smaller coils, it handles up to 500 kg in weight and achieves a maximum line speed of 50 meters per minute. It’s driven pneumatically and includes one feed roll for efficient material control.

Our Tandem Press Line combines precision, strength, and versatility — offering a fleet of pneumatic and mechanical presses engineered for high-productivity metal forming operations. Designed to handle a wide range of parts and forming requirements, this lineup enables seamless sequential forming with consistent quality and efficiency.

- 160T Press — 200 mm stroke, 40–45 SPM, 400 mm shut height, 1250 × 800 mm bolster

- Both units are equipped with air-operated cushions for enhanced forming control
- Mechanical H-Type Presses (MILAP):
- 200T & 150T Presses — 160 mm stroke, 30 SPM, up to 700 mm shut height
- Equipped with spring cushion systems to maintain uniform pressure distribution
